Add this to your wp-config.php
if ( isset( $_SERVER[ "HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR" ] ) ) {
$_SERVER[ 'REMOTE_ADDR' ] = $_SERVER[ "HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR" ];
}
